Strength: Deadlift @ 75% of 1 RM, Every minute on the minute for the following-

Minutes 0 & 1: 1 rep
Minutes 2 & 3: 2 reps
Minutes 3 & 4: 3 reps
Minutes 5 & 6: 4 reps
Minutes 7 & 8: 5 reps

For time:

30 x lateral jumps over plate
400 m run w/plate
10 clapping push ups
20 x lateral jumps over plate
400 m run w/plate
10 clapping push ups
10 x lateral jumps over plate
400 m run w/plate
10 clapping push ups
