12 Russian twists

 

Durability: Jumping Jack Plank

For time: 50-40-30-20-10 (1 minute rest between sets) (out and in = 1 rep)

 

OLYWOD

Straight Legged Deadlift

3 x 5

3 Postion Cleans: high hang, mid thigh, floor

3 x 2 @ 75%

3 x 3 @ 80%

Durability: 100 medball sit up w/partner
