“Death by Box”

4 rounds:

45 seconds box jumps

15 seconds rest

30 seconds box jumps

30 seconds rest

15 seconds box jumps

45 seconds box jumps

 

 

OLYWOD

Front squat 3 x 4 @ 75%

Power Snatch – Every minute for 10 minutes, do 3 reps at 70%

Durability: On the minute for 5 minutes, sprint 100 m, complete AMRAP of sit ups for remainder of minute
