Front Squat Ladder

 

Complete 1 front squat the 1st minute, 2 front squats on minute two, 3 on minute 3, and so on until you cannot complete the indicated number of reps in that minute.

Immediately set out for a run, based on number of reps (minutes) completed:

1-10 reps – 1000 m run

11-15 reps – 800 m run

16-20 reps – 400 m run

21+ reps – no run
