Minute 0: 1 squat, 1 games push up

Minute 1: 2 squats, 2 games push ups

Minute 2: 3 squats, 3 games push ups

Minute 3: 4 squats, 3 games push ups

Continue increasing by one rep of each minute, until cannot complete reps within that minute.
