Level III

Complete 100 thrusters for time, every minute, on the minute, perform 5 burpees

Level II

Complete 75 thrusters for time, every minute, on the minute, perform 4 burpees

Level I

Complete 50 thrusters for time, every minute, on the minute, perform 3 burpees
