FallOut CrossFit – School of Elite Fitness Tri-cities, WA

Thank You

Two simple words, yet they mean so much. The Smith family would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Ben and Lisa Larkin and all of the FallOut CrossFit family. An opportunity such as becoming the new owners of FOCF only comes about once in a lifetime. It has always been a dream of ours to own a gym so there was no second guessing when we took this leap. We are truly excited to continue on the journey that Ben has created for the gym, as FOCF serves the needs of its clients as the premier CrossFit gym in the Tri-Cities. You, our clients, are our top priority. FOCF is your gym, take pride in it. All we ask is that you give it your all and we will give you our all in return. As the new owners there will definitely be many “learning opportunities,” we hope you are patient and supportive as we proceed into the future, together. So, everyone raise up a kettle bell and clink them together…”CHEERS!”

A little about our family and where we come from…..Tammy grew up on the west side of the state in Longview. Tim, who grew up in Richland, met Tammy during her college years at Central WA University. Both were involved in powerlifting at the time and they were introduced to each other at a competition. After graduating with Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education and Health, Tammy moved to Richland and began her teaching career with the Richland School District. Tim is employed by PNNL. Tammy and Tim married in the fall of 2002 and three years later, Trista (aka Peewee) joined our family and just one short year ago the Tate man made his appearance (oh, and we can’t forget the three crazy St Bernards). As a family, we love sharing our knowledge and love for fitness with those eager to learn. When we are not at the gym, we enjoy spending time outdoors, whether it be wakeboarding or fishing. We feel very blessed with the things life has given us and we look forward to making many more memories with our FOCF family!

Have your say
