The abdominal’s primary purpose is a key to midline stabilization and core strength. Strong abs are important to many of our lifts, including, but not limited to: overhead squats, back squats, push presses, and clean and jerks. Just because you may not be able to see your abs (!!) doesn’t mean they’re not important!!
