OlyWODs and CFE=fun times in August
August was a fun time around FOCF! We tried out specialized classes for Olympic lifting and Endurance. What did you think of them? Keep ’em or toss ’em???? Let your coaches know! Great improvement was seen in technique for many of you in the Olympic lifts and even though those CFE WODs were not fun, they made us better!
