“Because I do crossfit, I can now ________?”

It’s so exciting to watch you grow and do things you never thought possible. Give yourself lots of credit, because really, you can do more than probably 98% of the general public. Did you fill in the blank? What can you do now that you couldn’t do before? It doesn’t even need to be crossfit related. Maybe now you can easily climb three flights of stairs without getting winded and needing to rest. Or maybe you can now walk to the grocery store (to get your fresh fruits and veggies of course) instead of drive. The progress you make is easy for us coaches to see, but not always easy for the individual. There are so many of you that quite honestly couldn’t do too much when you joined us, but now you pound and grind through a workout like you own it! Be proud of yourself because we are!!
