Foam Rolling for Dummies

Self-myofacial Release (SMR), self massaging for those wondering. So why use a foam roller vs going and getting a real massage by a licensed massage therapist? Because it’s cheaper, SMR is also called the poor man’s massage. But don’t confuse that with useless massage. Foam rolling is a great way to return the muscle back it’s healthy state so that it can fire more efficiently. Check out the “Essential Guide To Foam Rolling”.
