It is time!

The time has finally come. The 2011 CrossFit Games Season is upon us! FallOut CrossFit is a registered affiliate & will be hosting the Open workouts every Friday during normal class times. The workouts will be open to anybody and scaled WODs will be available. For non-members a $20 drop in fee will apply. Register as an athlete at games.crossfit.com and click to join our FallOut CrossFit team at the same time. If you don’t want to compete you can register online still and follow your friends and track CrossFit’s best on their quest to Fittest Man & Woman on the Planet!

Monday

WU: JYD + 10 Turkish get ups each arm

WOD:

400m Run
40 Sumo Deadlift Hight Pull
400m Run
40 Overhead Squats
400m Run

III: 96/65 II: 75/45 I: 55/35

Tuesday

WU: JYD + 100 lunges

WOD:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 DB squat cleans
10 burpees
15 box jumps
*note: be prepared for the “unknown and unknowable” during this wod

III: 55/35 II: 35/20 I: 20/12.5
