CrossFitters Aren’t Normal

I suppose I could end the post with the title! Normal people don’t look at an everyday task and try to do it for time. Normal people don’t jerk a box into that space overhead in your garage. Normal people are sick. Normal people eat normal food. Normal people are boring! CrossFitters look at life as a WOD. They live life a little better, eat un-normal food, & we “practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast.” Who wants to be normal?
