Today we are going to focus on the quads. We generally focus on our posterior chain more in CrossFit, this includes the hamstrings & glutes. But this doesn’t mean that we should ignore our other half. KStar of San Francisco CrossFit is going to help us unglue our hamstrings for today’s WOD.
