Risk = Reward

It’s as simple as that. Most people idle through life with out a purpose or cause. What are you going to do to get better? Push your limits in everything you do. Take the same intensity that you give in every workout here at FOCF and apply it to life. You might fail, in fact you probably will fail more often then succeed. But it is only with failure that we learn. If you don’t take that risk, then you’ll just never know. Not knowing if you could of done it, now that is worse then failing! Take a risk and be rewarded!

WOD: Friday

WU:

400x Run
50x Wall ball’s ( use one level down on normal wallball weight for you)
50x Push ups

WOD:

  • 30-25-20-15 and 10 rep rounds of:
    • Burpees
    • Box jumps
    • Toes to bar
  • Level III: 24”/20”
  • Level II: 22”/20inch, KTE
  • Level I: 20” step ups ok, KTC
