Who do you fight for?

Tomorrow is our Fight Gone Bad 5 fund raiser. We may not be a giant fundraiser but we are part of a larger community that is fund raising. FallOut CrossFit is donating part of our new members dues & so far we have collected over $2,000 to donate. Our goal is $5,000, we need a good push tomorrow. To date CrossFit worldwide has raised more the $1.25 million dollars!! That’s 1.25 million dollars that is helping fund cancer research and helping to support soldiers & their families that have been injured. If you aren’t doing anything on Saturday morning @ 10am then I empower you to come to FallOut CrossFit and show your support and donate a few dollars to our cause.   • 1min on, 1 min off,
  • 1 min on, 50 sec off,
  • 1 min on, 40 sec off,
  • 1 min on, 30 sec off,
  • 1 min on 20 sec off,
  • 1 min on, 10 sec off,
  • then go back up the ladder until you finish with 1 min on, 50 sec off, 1 min on.
