Rx’d Living

As we keep growing we keep getting more and more visitors that stop by to get in a WOD. Everybody leaves a little mark when they stop in. We love our visitors, its a new twist to our FOCF family. This week we had members of the US Navy Band stop in and say hi. One of them is an author for the website Rx’d Living. I encourage you all to visit this website and take a look at what they have to share. They talk about everything related to CrossFit, life in general, and have some great Paleo recipes to share with everyone. This is great resource to use.
