WU: 800m run, 40 squats (focus on form)

500m row, 20 pushups

500m row, 20 pushups, 40 goblet squats (KB held at chest and squat)

500m row, 20 pushups, 40 goblet squats, 60 box jumps

  • III: 35/20
  • II: m: toes w: knees 20/12.5 box jumps
  • I: knees, 12.5/7.5 step ups

WOD Thursday:

WU: stretch on own, run, jump rope, row 10min

  • Baseline WOD: for everyone
  • Rest full recovery & then
  • 3 mile run
