Fight Gone Bad 5

Can you believe that we have been open for a whole year now! I’m still amazed at the caliber of people that walk through these doors everyday to come workout with us, amazing! Last year was our first FGB event and we had high hopes, music, water bottles, sign up sheets for heat (because we were going to have so many people show up! haha), we were going to raise some $$$. We had a total of maybe 10 people come by over 8 hours! I know this year will be better and we will meet/exceed our fund-raising goal. But we can’t do that until you register!!

  1. So I created this amazing video for you all to walk you through the steps for registration, it takes less then 4 minutes and so 3-2-1 GO! Register!
  2. Every Friday at FOCF from August 13th – September 25 we will do a different version of FGB! We need YOU ALL to design a FGB “like” workout, YOU program it, YOU name it! So get to thinking and come up with the best floor sprawling workout for everyone to do. I will pick the best 6 workouts to use, from those YOU will all vote and we will crown one workout the “FOCF Fight”. Please email your ideas to contact@falloutcrossfit.com – email in ideas no later than August 11th.
