Before & After

So at the start of the Paleo Challenge I asked everyone to take a picture of themselves. Why on earth would I ask you to do that? Because change is going to happen, & people looking  in the mirror at the same person everyday do not recognize the changes. This is the case with everyone. So if you see someone that you know has been working hard eating right and achieving results, let them know that you notice! Below is a picture from the Jingle Bells Run this last December as well as a picture taken this last weekend at another local run. Both are of Jo, Michele, and Deana all members of FallOut CrossFit. They have been with us for 8 months now and look at the results!! All three of them started as my morning crew and they have shown up at 5:30am day in and out rarely missing a workout. They all started with excitement and have had rough times along the way but they have persevered and succeeded! Check out Jesse’s before and after pics as well. Jesse comes in everyday and does the workouts with out question, and has become one of the top athletes in the gym through his hard work. Even through injury he found a way to fit CrossFit into his day still. Very few people have the strength of mind that he has in his quest for elite fitness. Another one of our amazing students, Sheena. She has been with us since we started in the Tri cities. No matter what the workout she’s always got a smile on her face and looks at the WOD and knows she can finish it. She may of had her doubts in the beginning but now she is becoming quite the athlete and has improved in all aspects of her fitness! All of our students make us as coach proud everyday, thank you for working hard and showing up! If you have any before and after pics send them to us, we’ll share them.
