New Class Times

New Morning Classes – Monday & Wednesday @ 9:00 am (must sign in online for)

Saturday class time – 9:00 am (it’s too HOT in the afternoon)

These Classes Start on  this Sat – 6/19

WOD: Front Squats

  • Warm up – 5 min Wall Sit
  • Front Squat 5-5-3-2-1
  • Burpee ladder – 2 burpees/min 1….4 burpees/min 2….etc continue until you can’t complete burpees in min!
