Saturday class time – 9:00 am (it’s too HOT in the afternoon)

WOD: Front Squats
- Warm up – 5 min Wall Sit
- Front Squat 5-5-3-2-1
- Burpee ladder – 2 burpees/min 1….4 burpees/min 2….etc continue until you can’t complete burpees in min!
