Next Challenge?
It’s time for our next challenge workout. Who’s going to be the most improved this time? But I want to know what workout everyone wants to do. 10K run, Cindy? Or make up your own. We will choose a workout for the next challenge to start on 5/31/10 this Friday. If no comments are left for WODs to choose from I will make sure it’s the most awful WOD we’ve ever done 🙂 We will also have body composition tests done to measure before and after improvements. Look forward to seeing all of your ideas! 3-2-1 GO!
