WOW! What a great turn out for our latest Murph Challenge, not that I have to say anything about how hard this one is. Now you all have you baseline time, and it’s time to buckle down and train hard. Come in every week don’t miss your days and eat right. Training takes dedication, coming on those days when it’s the last thing you want to do.
