Open Gym Comes to an End

What an amazing week! Thanks to everyone that came into the gym this week and thanks to the members for introducing CrossFit to their friends and family!! It was a great week getting to give all the new people a taste of what CrossFit is. With hopes of seeing some of you that stopped in this week coming back as members. It’s a great atmosphere in the gym when everyone is there cheering each other on thru the WODs. As many of you know now after to checking us out this week is that we are unlike any other gym in the Tri-cities and that is what truly makes us great. WOD: Fight Gone Bad

  • 3 Rounds (1 min each movement, no rest) 1 min rest between rds
    • Wallballs
    • SDHP
    • Box Jumps
    • Push Press
    • Rowing (cal)
      • 1 min rest and repeat
  • Level III – 20/14 & 75/55
  • Level II – 14/10 & 55/35
  • Level I – 10/6 & 35/18
