We take our training pretty serious here at FOCF, ha! Sure this is serious stuff, but you have to take some time to goof off a little bit. Yes the benefits to your health and longevity are reason enough to get fit, but life is so much better if you enjoy it! The gym should make things out in life easier to accomplish.
