So if you are curious still if CrossFit really works, watch this video put together by the guys & gals at CrossFit LA. The first two guys in the video were both collegiate football player and at the time were training to become heavy weight boxers. Very in shape and more than capable of tackling any athletic challenge. UNTIL their very FIRST CrossFit workout. They even say in the video they though it was going to be easy, highly underestimated the beast that is CrossFit.

  2. Power Snatch
  3. Box Jumps
  4. Rowing (calories)
  • Level III:
    • 1. 20/14 2. 95/75 3. 20″
  • Level II:
    • 1. 14/10 2. 65/45 3. 20″ (jump, no step ups)
  • Level I:
    • 1. 10/6 2. 45/35 3. 20″ (step ups ok)
