Welcome Back!

For many yesterday was the first day back from the holidays. Hopefully some of you got in someĀ  good at home WODs in and suckered some of your family members to follow suit. But for those who did there are those who didn’t and some you may have felt it yesterday with the first workout back. It was a good one and we had a good turn out. The new year is fast approaching, if you know someone that has an interest in becoming the fittest that they have ever been, have them schedule their intro session quick.

WOD:

Power Cleans – 15-12-9-6-3

Dips – 30-24-18-12-6

Level III – 155/95 ring dips

Level II – 115/75 dips

Level I – 75/55 box dips
