Some new additions

Thanks to Tim & Dan for coming and hooking the gym up with the kids room remodel & now we also have a Score board! Sweet! Top times will now be tracked.

Nice to see some of you out at the race this morning. Hope everyone that went had a great time!

***We have a short week this week. We are only open Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday. So make sure you get in your Workouts before the holidays. ***
