Lumberjack 20

Thanks to everyone that came to this workout. Four members of the Lumberjack CrossFit affiliate were killed in the tragedy, and this workout was designed to remember those people. Everyone gave an amazing effort, and pushed hard, and finished! This is the most important part. You all came and finished the workout. Thank YOU! We unfortunately have another workout for lost ones this Saturday at 6:30pm. Everyone including non members are invited, I just ask for a small donation to help their families. Thanks again, this means a lot to those involved.

Lumberjack 20:

20 Deadlifts (275lbs) /Run 400m

20 KB swings (2pood) /Run 400m

20 Overhead Squats (115lbs) /Run 400m

20 Burpees /Run 400m

20 Pullups (Chest to Bar) /Run 400m

20 Box jumps (24″) /Run 400m

20 DB Squat Cleans (45lbs each) /Run 400m
