If you find it hard to resist some of the best food every, and I’m talking about pancakes, then this would be a great substitute for some. If you are trying to loose weight this still may not be the best option, but would be a better option then other types of food on your “cheat” day or 20%. These are easy and quick to make, just three ingredients. Just be careful they don’t stack up as well as traditional pancakes so keep them small and they wont fall apart on you.
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 egg
- 1 heaping tablespoon of almond butter
Mash the bananas first and then add the egg. Put in more almond butter if you want them to be fluffier. Brown on each side and enjoy!
