150 Wall Balls for time!
After a heavy day yesterday with Max efforts Deadlifts, I was nice enough to give you all a break and re-introduce Karen! For many people this may sound like a horrible workout. Well it is! But don’t be afraid of this. Everyday people are scared to do something good for themselves. Come join and do this with a group of people that are all shooting for the same goal, Elite Fitness!
