Busy day today at the gym!

Do you currently play a sport?!

If you are not playing a sport, find one. Find a league in town, join a club and play a sport. One of the recommendation for elite fitness is to “regularly learn and play new sports.” If you aren’t you need to start. One day a week at least. What’s stopping you?! It is most likely after doing CrossFit for a while that you will be able to perform better and pick up the sport quicker then the person not doing CrossFit.
