Which ever way you slice it, you are going to have fun!
I love CrossFit as much as the next CrossFitter. But why? Why do I come into the gym day in and day out and run myself through a grueling workout, and then turn around and run other through the same workout. Because I enjoy to watch others suffer? No. Because I like to suffer? No. I do it because it makes me better at being me and allows me an escape. When you are in the middle of this workout or any workout for that matter it doesn’t matter what is going on in the rest of the world. You’re not thinking about that next bill that’s due or whether or not you fed the dogs this morning. All you are focused on is making sure that you get your chin all the way over the bar. And you make sure that you finish the workout any way you can, this is what defines who you are. People come into CrossFit with all different types of backgrounds, but we all leave the same way, knowing that we gave it our all.

FIGHT GONE BAD IV
THIS SATURDAY THE 26TH
12PM – 4PM
COME READY TO KICK BUTT & BRING YOUR FRIENDS
$20 TO PARTICIPATE plus DONATIONS
We did the baseline workout today. We are going to use this workout to help determine level CrossFitter you are. This will not be used to decide what level a WOD you do when you come to the gym. You guys are still accountable for how hard you want to workout. This is your choice. This will be used when the new schedule comes out. More information on this later.
Beginners -
For students at an entry skill level and entry fitness level. Time on the Baseline Workout time is slower than 9 minutes. Many movements that are done in a gym and/or in CrossFit are unfamiliar. Class focus is on basic conditioning and movement skill and technique.
Level 1 -
Not a beginner, but still working on building a base level of strength and conditioning and technical expertise. Baseline Workout time is between 6:00 – 9:00. Starting to get to know the names of movements, but still unsure of the amount of weight to use, and exactly how to do many of the more complex CrossFit movements.
Level 2 -
Confidence, strength and conditioning are stronger than ever. Have mastered all of the basic and intermediate CrossFit movements and are working on the more advanced weightlifting and gymnastic movements. Can take a friend through a CrossFit workout with confidence. Pull ups are done without assistance and Baseline time is between 4:30 – 6:00.
Level 3 -
Student is confident and capable with all CrossFit movements and workouts and has made CrossFit a regular part of life. He/she is comfortable and confident creating their own workouts and is working on mastering specific skills. Student has attended a CrossFit seminar or a specialty seminar and can serve as a model for any movement in a class. Level 3 students are looked upon as the leaders at FallOut CrossFit even though they are not necessarily instructors. Less than 4:30
