Friday’s WOD

Thanks for those that showed up. Sorry I wasn’t able to make it there today, I had to run up to Spokane for the evening. Hope everyone had a great weekend and got out to the fair sometime this week. Good times to be had at FallOut on Monday!! Come prepared to give it your best. Please everyone try to bring someone new this day, it’s a great way to get people started in CrossFit and help to keep them coming in and improving themselves! And that’s what matters most, we want to help people achieve their goals here at FallOut CrossFit. Remember that tomorrow also we will be signing up for memberships and they will be required on September 1st or the drop in fee will be paid for workouts. I’m super excited to get this off the ground and running!! Logos are pretty much completed! A huge thanks goes out to Melanie for all the work that she has done! If you are interested in saturday classes please let me know. Right now they will be held if able by myself or one of the other trainers. See you all Monday!

Last Day before the Big Day!

Helen Challenge on Monday!

Get in Today (Friday) to get your last day of preparation in for Monday! Everyone come ready to sign up for you membership and $20 to add to the pot for prizes on our first ever Helen Challenge. Feel free to bring anyone you can drag in. We will have scalable options for people and be able to get them into their first CrossFit workout! Have a great weekend everyone and look forward to meeting hopefully a bunch of new faces on Monday.

More Helen Challenge Prep!

Big Day 8/31!

Everyone is training hard in order to get ready for the Helen Challenge on Monday the 31st!! Also come in ready to sign up for your membership, the memberships will start on 9/1/09 but I will be taking checks on Monday and getting memberships signed up and set up on the computer. Please come early on the 31st and ready to sign up for FallOut. In order to speed up the process of signing up please sign up online before coming in. Can’t wait to see everyone’s improvement. NO SANDBAGGIN” for the challenge, give it your all on Monday and be ready to see you true improvement in October!!

Nice Work!!

This workout was a killer for sure! But everyone made it through in better shape then before. Thanks to those who managed to get online last night and sign up for classes. If you haven’t give it a shot, any question ask me at the gym and I can walk you thru the set up process.

Online Class Sign up available!!

Online sign-ups:

Alright so here is the skinny! You may now sign up for classes now online. Morning classes will start on September 1st!! In order to sign up for classes you will need to make a account. Just follow the links and enter in necessary information. When completed sign up for the class you want, you can set up re-occurring class times or sign up for one day at a time. Scheduling class times is open from 9am – 9pm daily, and cancellation must be done the evening before. This is going to be very important for the morning people, you must sign up for the class by 9pm the day before, after 9pm you will not be able to cancel. If you do not show up for class there will be a $15 charge added to your account that must be paid before next workout.  This will apply to all classes. This will help hold clients accountable and not make the coach get up and come in if not needed. This will be in effect on September 1st. When scheduling online you’ll need to click the button “Click here to register as Unpaid” this will allow you to sign up for classes with out having a membership for the time being. After September 4th this button will not be there and you will be required to have a membership or pay a drop in fee at the door.

What to do now:

I would like to take the rest of this week to give it a try and iron some details out. Would everyone please go to the schedule tab and click the link for MindBody online. Set up your account and then come into the gym and sign up for your membership. Payment will be due on September 1st. This month we will be taking only Cash or Check, you will be required to set up a credit account for automatic withdrawal. When your membership account is set up, you will have to check in before working out. We can use any barcode (driver’s license, Blockbuster card, etc) you wish for your account info.
