More running!

Today was hotter then the other days this week. But we still pushed it today! Thanks for coming out again today everyone. The flooring was delivered today, and we will be installing it this Saturday. Hopefully getting the pullup bars in as well.  Hopefully we will be having a whole bunch of new friends coming into the gym and working out with us. But only with your guys help. Please invite all of your friends and family to visit this website and have them read, “What is Fitness?” article to start.  Today’s WOD was such a killer, so much that it was my rest day. I’ll be down to kill it tomorrow.

Fun with snatches

Today we worked with a new movement, one arm KB snatches. Thank you Dan for stopping in today, awesome job!  Everyone did great with this new movement and even surprised themselves with the weight they were able to handle I think. Some people thought the WOD was too easy and did twice as many snatches too, I wont name names. Getting closer to getting in to the new spot, thanks again to everyone making this transition seem a little easier. See you later today!

Farming!!

Todays WOD was another great effort by everyone! And yes it was very hot again today, but we all stuck it out. Car stereo a blazing and thank you Matt and Tammy for bringing the canopies. Smart thinking! Kristi nnice work for your first WOD, may to push it! Same place same time tomorrow. Please email me if this time doesn’t work I will stay as late as needed to facilitate as many people as possible. Joey got a personal session with me going to his house, helps that he lives 30 seconds from me. We also took a field trip to the new gym, because I got the keys today! And we also got our second delivery of equipment, Dynamax balls and some steel weights. Piece by piece it’s all coming together. Keep an eye on the sight, I may need some help with setting up the pullup bars and laying the flooring for those that are interested, and maybe we can buzz down to Kimos for some drinks afterwards.

Thank You!

Thank you to everyone that was able to make it out to Matt’s house today for our first official FallOut CrossFit WOD. And thank you Matt for offering up your house and letting us drop some weights on your lawn. Surprise today we got our kettle bells in, and I’m glad because it made for an awesome workout.

Todays WOD was:

3 Rounds:

400m run

15 OH squats 45#/25#

12 KB swings 55#/25#

Tim Sorry your time wasn’t on the board when I took the Pic but 9:40 for ya Nice Work! Everyone made a great effort today and it was HOT!  After the workout we all hungout and played on the slip and slide, and had some good clean food, mostly some opted to eat bread because P90X said it was okay! We still like you though. Thanks for the great time.

Tomorrow we are going to be working out at Enterprise Jr. High on Paradise Rd behind Yokes off Bombing Range in west richland at 5:30pm until whenever. Below is link for directions. Bring some WATER!!!! It’s going to be hot!

I really appreciate everyone’s patience in this transition and look forward to whats up ahead. Hopefully tomorrow I can get some keys to the new place and afterwords, for those who want to can take a drive down to the new location for a show and tell. If anyone needs to workout in the mornings, please email me and I will  do everything I can to accommodate you, getting a couple people at a time would be nice. Enjoy this pics below!

WOD & BBQ

Ok! We are going to have a WOD at Matt K’s house and a BBQ, just as the title of the post would have you think. Matt’s address is 3721 Orchard St, West Richland. Coming from the Bypass, head in to the old downtown West Richland on Van Geisen, turn left on 38th and drive up the hill to Orchard st turn left, 2nd or 3rd house on the right. Really steep driveway!! Everyone bring a clean side to eat if you want. I will be fresh off a nutrition cert so I’ll keep you honest!! I will also bring everyone up on what’s going on with the new place and how things will be running for the short term and what we can expect in the future. Too get you guys excited about the new location here are some pictures. Everyone have a great boat race weekend, be safe and I’ll see you monday.

PS I’m making this note at 10pm on saturday after the nutrition cert. because I realized this morning I didn’t put a time. So if anyone is wonder…5:30pm it is!! See you there.
